Aurova Refunds & Returns Policy

At Aurova, we take pride in offering high-quality timepieces crafted with care and precision. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for all purchases made on aurova.co.za.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and protective films.

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is not damaged, worn, resized, or altered.

  • The product is not a final sale item, custom order, or personalized item.

Aurova reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom-engraved or personalized watches

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear


3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we will provide:

βœ… Instructions for packaging the item safely
βœ… A return authorization number (if applicable)


4. Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged / defective / incorrect items: Aurova will cover the return shipping costs.

Please use a reliable courier with tracking. Aurova is not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email

  • A refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Important:
Shipping costs and processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Size-related issues (straps only)

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping-related issues.

  • Warranty-related concerns will be assessed according to our Warranty & Repair Policy.

We may request photos or a video showing the defect.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped yet.
